Personal Analytical Systems

Tools I use for university work, daily planning and investment research, built around problems in my own life.

My contribution

For each system, I defined the problem, requirements, workflows, analytical logic and interface decisions. I used AI-assisted development tools to help implement, test, debug and iterate the result. These are personal tools that I use in everyday life.

The work starts with deciding what the system needs to do and how its parts should fit together. Testing and daily use help me assess the result and identify what needs to change.

AcademiaTrack

University work & academic planning

Built with AI assistance

I built AcademiaTrack because I wanted one place to manage classes, deadlines, studying and extracurricular responsibilities. I use it to organize my university work and plan what needs my attention.

The dashboard brings together classes and upcoming work. Tasks, a planner and calendar support daily organization, while GPA tracking, analytics, a study planner and focus timer support academic planning. Clubs, notifications and an AI academic assistant connect the other parts of university life.

FlowState

Daily scheduling & time management

Built with AI assistance

I wanted a clearer picture of how I actually spend my time, and a practical way to plan my days, routines and weeks. FlowState is the personal scheduling system I use for that.

A Today view and weekly calendar bring together schedules, tasks, routines and reusable templates. Reviews compare planned and actual time, workload and free time. An AI scheduling assistant helps organize and adjust the week.

Quinn’s Investment System

Investment research & portfolio support

Built with AI assistance

I created Quinn’s Investment System to support my own investment workflow, with more portfolio visibility and analytical detail than I had in the brokerage interface. It synchronizes Questrade holdings and transactions on a read-only basis; it cannot place trades.

Portfolio views, allocation targets and a dollar-cost averaging calendar support planning. Analytics and risk views help me examine composition, concentration and exposure, while Security Profiles, a Watchlist, a Thesis Tracker and a Decision Journal connect research to investment decisions.

It works alongside my separate Excel workflow for portfolio monitoring, allocation plans and macroeconomic information.
